With the blessing of Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Australia Patron, Her Excellency Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of New South Wales, we are thrilled to welcome Nick Hampton into his latest role as Vice- Patron. His acceptance of this role is testament to his commitment to the Nordoff-Robbins mission of transforming lives through music.
As one of the founding Directors of Nordoff- Robbins Music Therapy Australia, Nick has been instrumental in building the charity over the past 17 years. He is a much loved member of the Nordoff-Robbins family and his passion and input has been much missed by the staff and Board since he left in 2011 to spend most of each year in France.
Nick has been a tireless supporter of charities over the years, being awarded the Medal (OAM) of the Order of Australia in 2008 for service to the community through a range of charitable organisations supporting people with physical, intellectual and emotional disabilities, and to the music industry.
