Downsizing, restructuring, the threat of redundancy create anxiety and low morale. “Music for Team Building” offers businesses an opportunity for their employees to experience the positive benefits of music in an uplifting and relaxed environment. Musical experience or training are not required.

Format
The format of sessions can be tailored to meet your unique set of needs. We can offer:
- Playing drums and a wide range of instruments - group interaction
- Writing a group song - based on topics / themes from the group
- Group performance
- Feedback and discussion
No musical experience is needed.
Costs
As a charity Nordoff-Robbins will charge a basic fee. The final cost will be negotiated with each company depending on numbers, length of session and venue.
